Electrical and electromagnetic compatibility research

In the scope of electrical research, laboratory offers the following accredited tests:

  • resistance of electrical insulation
    accredited test method: the LB-1.01 procedure;
    range: to 20,0 GΩ;
    test voltages: 500 and 1000 VDC

  • electrical breakdown strength
    accredited test method: PN-EN 61180:2016-12;
    range:  500 ÷ 5000 VAC, 50 Hz,
                500 ÷ 6000 VDC;

In the scope of electromagnetic compatibility research, laboratory offers the following accredited tests:

  • electrostatic discharges immunity (ESD)
    accredited test method: PN-EN 61000-4-2:2011;
    test levels: for the contact discharges: up to ± 8 kV,
                      for the air discharges: up to ± 15 kV;

  • electrical fast transient/burst immunity
    accredited test method: PN-EN 61000-4-4:2013-05;
    test levels: up to ± 4 kV;
    repetition frequency of the impulses: 5 and 100 kHz;
    tested ports: supply 1 phase and IO lines

  • surge immunity
    accredited test method: PN-EN 61000-4-5:2014-10 + A1:2018-01;
    test levels: up to ± 4 kV;
    tested ports: supply 1 phase and IO lines
